(1350458-D)(collectively and individually referred to as “the company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) distributes a mobile platform called Nasken Coffee (collectively or individually referred to as the “App”, “Nasken Coffee App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle Personal Data and comply with the requirements of Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”).

Contact Book Access
With your consent, we may access your device’s contact list to:
- Identify which of your contacts have registered for the Nasken Coffee App
- Help you send gift cards easily to friends and family
- Let you see upcoming birthdays of registered contacts (to support the gift feature)
This feature is strictly optional and fully permission-based. Contacts’ data will only be used within the app and never shared with external parties.
