This Privacy Policy explains how Jom System ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information in connection with the JOM BMS website (jombms.com) and the JOM BMS business management platform (collectively, the "Service"), and how we comply with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ("PDPA"). It does not cover the standalone consumer mobile apps we build for clients (Nasken Coffee, MilkBarley, Huat Now, BateriHub, Jom POS, BiBiPOS) — each of those has its own privacy policy linked from its app listing.

Information We Collect

Account & Business Information

When you sign up for a demo or a JOM BMS account, we may collect:

• Company name, business registration details and industry
• Contact name, role, email address and phone number
• Billing and outlet/location information

Platform Data

Once you're on JOM BMS, the platform stores the operational data you and your team enter into the modules you use — for example ledgers and invoices (Accounting), leads and quotations (CRM), stock records (Inventory), and attendance/leave/claims records (Human Resource), including facial-recognition clock-in data where that add-on is enabled. This data belongs to you; we process it to operate the Service on your behalf.

Usage & Device Information

We collect standard technical data — IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited — to keep the Service secure, diagnose issues and understand which features are actually used.

Cookies

The website uses essential cookies to keep the site working, plus limited analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate and support the JOM BMS platform
• To respond to demo requests and sales enquiries
• To send service updates, billing notices and — where you've opted in — product news
• To maintain security and prevent misuse of the Service

• Service providers: hosting, payment processing and support-tooling vendors bound by confidentiality obligations.

We retain account and platform data for as long as your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting and backup purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
