These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the JOM BMS business management platform and the jombms.com website (together, the "Service"), provided by Jom System ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you ("you", "your business") agree to these Terms.
JOM BMS provides Accounting, CRM, Inventory and Human Resource modules, plus optional add-ons such as facial-recognition attendance and remote monitoring, delivered as a hosted, subscription-based platform. We may add, change or retire features from time to time as the platform evolves.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity carried out under your account and the user accounts you create for your team.
Fees depend on the modules, users and outlets in your plan, as agreed at signup or on your order form. Subscriptions renew for successive billing periods unless cancelled in accordance with your plan terms. Late or failed payment may result in suspended access after reasonable notice.
You own the business data you put into JOM BMS. You grant us a licence to host, process and back up that data solely to provide and support the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter.

We aim to keep the Service available and to respond to support requests promptly during business hours. Specific response-time or uptime commitments, where agreed, are set out in your order form or a separate service-level agreement rather than in these Terms.
The JOM BMS software, branding and documentation are owned by Jom System. These Terms don't transfer any of that ownership to you — only the right to use the Service under your subscription.
To the extent permitted by law, Jom System is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You may cancel your subscription in line with your plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, including non-payment, after reasonable notice where practical. On termination, you may request an export of your data within a reasonable period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified to active account holders.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
